Skymaps no longer downloaded twice (error). Updated functionality to streamline database sync after initial sync by comparing revision numbers for each event.

Database sync improved runtime by only downloading changes to existing events if there is a revision discrepancy. GW_NOTIF light now displays correctly after simulation dismiss. Database update button demonstrates more reasonably that something is happening - but still this could be removed in the future.

Event Screen now no longer makes reference to non-existent button on opening - works properly again.

Plot screen now updated with selection buttons. Developer info screen layout set, but text and images are not done yet. User input now blocked while waiting for simulated event to prevent messing about.
